Customer service policy

Shipping information

This page explains how shipping normally works on Furloura, what can affect delivery timing and what customers should do when tracking or delivery details need attention.

Clear policy, clear next step.Keep order records, product photos and messages available so support can review your request efficiently.
1Order is placed and confirmed.
2Warehouse prepares available items.
3Carrier receives package and tracking updates begin.
4Delivery is completed or local carrier follow-up is required.

1. Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are based on available carrier and warehouse information at the time of checkout. They are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, customs review, remote destinations, incorrect addresses, carrier capacity and peak shopping periods can affect delivery time.

2. Tracking updates

  • Tracking may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
  • International packages may show fewer scans while moving between carriers.
  • Local carriers may provide more detailed delivery information near final delivery.
  • If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, contact customer service with your order number.

3. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If an address error is found, contact support immediately. Address changes may not be possible after warehouse processing or carrier handoff.

4. Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be reviewed by customs or local authorities. Depending on destination rules, duties, taxes, import fees or additional information may be required. Customers are responsible for complying with local import rules unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise.

5. Lost, returned or failed delivery

If a carrier marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check nearby delivery areas, household members, building reception and carrier notices first. If a package is returned due to address issues, refusal, unpaid local fees or failed delivery attempts, available resolution options may depend on carrier records and product status.
